I mean I’m sure it’s still all the fun, maybe more so, but it looks dull as dirt.
Also, Tiff is sure looking his age these days. still a great presenter though. Lastly Im glad to see they were able to improve on the Tesla factory panel gaps with the race car...

Put 2 D batteries or a 9V on the speaker! My neighbor’s Bluetooth speaker can last for hours...ask me how I know this!

Noise is energy that’s not going towards propelling the vehicle and in our endless push for perfect efficiency it’s going to be lost.
But the wasted energy sounds so good. Forget the CVT and give it a straight-cut sequential. Yes it’s worse but it’ll still sound like a racecar damn it.

Sound makes a big different. I run large scale RC cars, 1/5th scale trophy trucks. They weigh 40 lbs and can be run in Brushless (electric) or 2-cycle gas.
The electric versions are without a doubt the fastest, not just in top speed but acceleration throughout the motor range. Gobs of torque everywhere. The gas motors only really make power up top, and can’t match the speed or acceleration of an electric version.
However, there is just something about the sound that makes up for everything. They are still plenty quick enough, some may say the electric ones are just too fast for most situations while missing that sound. The gas also have the advantage of running for over 40 minutes on a tank of fuel, whereas the electric cars last about 20 minutes on a pack of lithium batteries.
Somehow it kinda matches how I feel about the real cars themselves. Well, except that with the RC versions, the electric cars are more convenient than the gas ones, which is currently the opposite in the real world.

I know that feel. I use to run nitro and electric. Electric are WAY better in every way...except the charms that come with the worse nitro.

But if you put the speakers on the back of the car, the sound waves will push the car forward !
